Before Product Shipment
Requests to cancel, reduce product quantity, and/or otherwise materially alter an order (“Change Requests”) made with 24 hours of order placement will be accepted and will not be subject to restocking fees.
Depending on order production status, Change Requests made more than 24 hours after order placement for orders paid with United States dollar (“USD”) for which products have not yet shipped may be subject to restocking fees of up to 75% of original order value in USD. Due to potential currency volatility for non-USD orders, restocking fees for Change Requests for non-USD orders will be handled at the sole discretion of OGlights.
After Product Shipment
For shipped orders paid in USD, refunds require the following:
- Request Return Materials Authorization (“RMA”) from email@example.com.
- Send completed RMA to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- After RMA approval, product(s) must be shipped to us within 30 days following date of delivery.
- Returned product(s) must be in unaltered, like-new condition in original packaging.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within three business days. A restocking fee of up to 75% of original order value in USD will be applied, and customer is responsible for initial and return shipping. Due to potential currency volatility for non-USD orders, RMA determiantions and associated restocking fees for return requests for non-USD orders will be handled at the sole discretion of OGlights.
